How much does a typical project cost?
It depends on the scope. A simple automation or basic chatbot starts at €1,500-3,000. A medium project (AI agent, CRM integration, multiple automations) ranges from €3,000 to €8,000. Complex implementations (multi-agent systems, deep integrations with several systems) start at €8,000. The first consultation is free and from there we deliver a closed and clear proposal, no surprises.
How much does maintenance cost?
AI solutions improve with real usage, so we offer optional maintenance from €150/month (basic monitoring and adjustments) up to more comprehensive plans depending on volume and complexity. It's not mandatory: if you'd rather maintain it yourself, we leave you all the documentation to do so.
What if I only need one-off consulting?
We also work by the hour for specific cases (audit, training, second opinion on an existing AI project). Consulting rate: €80/h, with closed packages when there's volume.
How long does an implementation take?
Simple solutions (a chatbot, a specific automation): 2-3 weeks. Projects integrated with several systems: 1-2 months. Compared with traditional consultancies, we're significantly faster.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We work only with platforms that comply with GDPR and we sign confidentiality agreements. On sensitive projects we can implement AI with data that never leaves your infrastructure (private or self-hosted models).
Does this replace my employees?
No. Well-implemented AI frees your team from the most boring and repetitive tasks so they can focus on what adds value. In practice, employees end up grateful for it.
What if what I need doesn't fit your services?
We tell you. We're not going to sell you something you don't need. The initial consultation exists precisely for that: sometimes the most useful thing we can do is tell you 'this doesn't need AI, it needs something else'.
