YOUR SAVINGS HAVE A BETTER PLAN FOR SATURDAY NIGHT.

Put up the capital. We bring the night. Partners at 50 — the good and the bad.

  • Silent partnership by contract
  • Split 50/50
  • Settled within 7 days of the event

The concept in 4 steps

  1. Tell us your capital.

From €3,500 to as far as you want to go. The calculator below shows you what can be thrown with what you have.

  2. We present the project. With the books on the table.

Cost breakdown line by line, the break-even point in people, and three scenarios: the bad one, the normal one and the good one. The bad one first.

  3. We sign as partners.

A silent partnership contract: your contribution goes to that specific event and the result is split at 50. Profits and losses. If it doesn't add up for you after seeing the numbers, nothing gets signed and no hard feelings.

  4. We throw the revuelo.

Concept, venue, lineup, production, marketing and execution are on us. Within 7 days of the event, settlement with every receipt and the split.

WHAT DO WE THROW WITH YOURS?

Move the capital and watch. This is a simulation with real market costs — the actual project carries its own model before anything gets signed.

The numbers, upfront

A party has between 9 and 14 cost lines and an exact point from which it starts making money. We show you all of it before signing. If after seeing the numbers you don't want in, perfect: we'd rather have one partner fewer than one partner misled.

Anatomy of a party

The break-even

The break-even is the number of people who have to pay for entry to cover every cost. Below that figure, the event loses; above it, it gains. On each project we give it to you in exact people — and our obsession is to sell it in advance, before the date.

And if it goes wrong?

It can go wrong. A rainy date, a lineup that doesn't pull, a week with three big parties on the island. If the event loses, the loss is also split at 50: you lose capital and we lose months of unpaid work. That's why we only propose projects where we put our own skin on the line with you — and why contingency and pre-sales rule over any whim.

Track record

The work already done

  • Luna Llena / Lunita case
  • Break-even at 315 people
  • Dual-ambience format

Revuelo isn't born from a bright idea. It's born from months of real research: Mallorca's nightlife market, financial models date by date, deals with venues and costs verified line by line. This page is built on those numbers, not on smoke.

Who we are

Revuelo is the fifth brand of Grupo Rodríguez, the Mallorcan group that already runs Rally (marketing), Ritmo (AI for companies), Ritmo Academy (training) and Renta (finance). When you throw a revuelo, you're not hiring a lone promoter: you activate a whole group — the campaign is pushed by the same machinery that sells for our agency clients, and the content comes from the same AI pipeline we use every day.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a financial product?
No. It's a commercial silent-partnership contract (articles 239–243 of the Spanish Commercial Code): you contribute capital to a specific operation that we manage, and we share the result at 50. There's no financial product, no platform, no promised return. There's a party, a set of books and a contract.
Can I lose money?
Yes. If the event takes in less than it costs, the loss is split at 50 just like the profit. Our job is to keep that from happening — pre-sales, contingency and review clauses — but nobody can guarantee you a result, and be wary of anyone who claims they can.
When do I get paid?
Settlement within the 7 days following the event (or each date, in series), with access to receipts and ticketing. It's in the contract.
What's the minimum?
€3,500. Below that you can't throw anything decent and we're not going to fool you.
Can I take part in the party, choose things?
Your role as a partner is capital + visibility (full access, backstage, event credits, the books in real time). The creative and operational direction is ours: that's what we bring to the 50. We always listen; we decide.
What happens if the event is cancelled?
We stick to what's agreed in the contract: costs already incurred are settled with receipts and the unspent capital is returned. On high-budget open-air events we take out cancellation cover and you'll see it as a line item.
How is my share taxed?
It depends on your situation (individual or company). The contract and your adviser will explain it; we give you the documented settlement to make it easy. We don't give tax advice.
Can I be a partner in several parties or in a whole season?
Yes. In fact, series spread the risk across dates and settle date by date. The calculator shows you this from €13,000.

SHALL WE THROW A REVUELO?

Tell us your capital and your date. We reply with an initial proposal within 72 hours. No commitment and with the numbers on the table.
